Learn how to adapt your skills to television news: selecting material, writing scripts, understand the grammar of editing, live reporting/presenting. Hands-on TV studio/gallery workshop Working with the camera crew An introduction to media law Online research skills
Prerequisites:
Participants should have a practical need to learn about television news and how it is made and broadcast. For non BBC delegates, please send through a brief paragraph explaining why you wish to attend the course and what you hope to get out of it, so our trainer can check that this course will be suitable for you.
