Description:
This course is an introduction to the web page authoring language HTML.  It is aimed at those who have no or very little experience of HTML. It is also suitable for those who currently use a WYSIWIG web page editor such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage, and want to manipulate the HTML code. You will create well-formed code to xhtml standard.

those who need to learn basic HTML coding skills
Outcome:
This course will train you to: 
Follow the rules of HTML text structure 
Identify which tags are mandatory in a web page 
Use common formatting tags on your webpages 
Create hyperlinks (text and images) 
Insert and format images 
Create and format tables 
Apply colours to your webpage elements 
Create a simple style sheet to control text formatting
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with the world wide web.
