PasC

Programme as Completed, a document compiled when the production is complete which describes the content and lists all the finanical and legal obligations involved.   One of its major uses is to determine whether a programme can be legally repeated or sold abroad, whether additional rights will be required for such further use or whether re-editing may be necessary to remove unclearable material.
